The Union Fitness and Fun offers yoga classes for all levels, promoting flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. With a tranquil atmosphere, participants engage in poses and focused breathing techniques to improve physical fitness and reduce stress. Joining a class offers a transformative journey towards a healthier and balanced lifestyle.


Bikram Yoga at The Union Fitness and Fun is a hot yoga style involving 26 postures and two breathing exercises in a room heated to around 105 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat and humidity levels aim to mimic the climate of India, where yoga originated, helping to warm the muscles, increase flexibility, and promote detoxification through sweat. Participants can expect a challenging yet rewarding experience that enhances physical strength and flexibility, provides mental clarity and stress relief, and leaves them feeling rejuvenated and energized.


Hot Yoga is conducted in a heated room from 95 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. This form of yoga helps improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and flush out toxins through sweating. It also offers improved circulation, enhanced detoxification, increased calorie burn, and reduced stress and anxiety.
