BUILD

Build – A basic strength training class to help build muscle, improve strength, and bone density and assist in losing body fat.

Bootcamp This class mixes full body movements through high energy interval training to deliver an amazing workout. Guaranteed to feel the burn!

Kettlebell Fit – Using kettlebells, you will learn movements to tone your body and improve your cardiovascular fitness.

TRX Shred – This class alternates between TRX straps, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more. Get your strength training, cardio, and core work all in one fun, challenging sweaty class.

X-Fit – This is a high intensity functional fitness class that specializes in constantly varied workouts combining strength training and conditioning.

** All classes done in the gym or fitness studio. Please wear gym shoes and clothes. Bring water. **

BURN

TONE - SWEAT - ACTIVATE

Barre – This class fuses ballet-inspired movements with elements of Pilates and strength training. This full body workout is designed to build lean muscle while using high repetitions, small range movements, and isometric holds. Enjoy this class in a heated room with a fun playlist!

Barre + – This is Barre with an extra pump! Using dumbbells and resistance bands, this full body workout is designed to build lean muscle while using high repetitions, small range movements and isometric holds. Enjoy this class in a heated room with a fun playlist!

HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training performed barefoot on a mat. This is a light impact whole body workout. Have a great time in this "party like" atmosphere while sweating it out in a hot room!

HIIT+ – Like our Hot HIIT class but adding the use of resistance bands and dumbbells. Performed barefoot on a mat. The Intervals are longer to incorporate the use of the props and to focus on technique. Enjoy this class in a heated room with a fun playlist!

HIIT 45 Like our Hot HIIT class but an efficient 45-minute version. Enjoy this class in a heated room with a fun playlist!

Hot Hybrid This is an all-in-one challenging class! Activate your core with elements of Mat Pilates. Accelerate your cardiovascular system with elements of Hot HIIT. Meditate as you practice the traditional 26 yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises. Enjoy this class in a heated room with a fun playlist!

Kettlebell Yoga – This class combines power yoga and kettlebell exercises for a total body workout. Leaving you with a toned and balanced body - you’ll be burning calories without even realizing it.

Mat Pilates This class is designed to challenge the beginner and the practicing Pilates student. Improve your strength, flexibility, balance, control, and muscular symmetry.

Mat Pilates+ Like our Mat Pilates class but having the option to incorporate the use of props, such as resistance bands, blocks, Pilates ball, or strap and a different sequence. Music may be played in this format.

Sculpt A high-energy workout combining the flow and elements of Power Yoga, strength training with dumbbells and cardio. Stretch and strengthen through continuous movement throughout the class. Enjoy this class in a heated room with a fun playlist!

** Items needed for this class include water, yoga mat and bath-sized towel. Option to bring your set of dumbbells and resistance band. Limited supplies at each location. **

BREATHE

OPEN - RESTORE - RELAX

Yin Yoga – Yin is a very slow practice. Holding poses for 2 – 5 minutes each, the aim is to target connective tissue (fascia) to help release tension, increase circulation, and improve flexibility. The class uses props to support the body in the poses. Class is done in a warm room to help facilitate the goals of the class.

Yoga + Nidra – Class begins with a Hatha/Vinyasa practice and ends with Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a meditation practiced lying down. Students are guided through powerful relaxation techniques such as body scanning, breath-work, and visualizations that promote deep rest, better sleep, as well as physical, mental, and emotional balance.

Yoga Reset – Reset your body and your mind. This class helps to put you in a state of relaxation to help let go of tension and calm your central nervous system. The series has lots of hip opening, slow and steady breathing. Done in a heated room to help open tight muscles.

** Items needed for this class include water, yoga mat and bath-sized towel. Option to bring your own yoga block and strap. Limited supplies at each location. **

BEND

BALANCE - FLEXIBILITY - FOCUS

Bikram 90 – The original hot yoga! The Bikram yoga method is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room. Accessible to all levels, you will work every system in your body, increase your flexibility and balance, and sharpen your mind.

Power Yoga – An energetic vinyasa style yoga, this class is done in a heated room to help the body move and flow from posture to posture, connecting movement to the breath. This class is dynamic in that you never have the same class twice – the flows are ever changing and always fun! All levels are welcome.

U60 – Sweat and stretch in this yoga series that is designed for all levels. It follows in the tradition of the Bikram yoga method in that it is done in a heated room. It is abbreviated by shortening the transitions between postures and sets.

U75 – Work to strengthen and stabilize your hips, shoulders, core, and back all while relieving stress and tension. This 75-minute class done in a heated room is accessible to all levels.

Yoga Groove – Enjoy a curated playlist while stretching and sweating it out to the U60. It’s a fun way to change up your practice and you may catch yourself dancing or singing while holding your posture. Let the rhythm move you!

Yoga + Yin – This class starts with an invigorating yoga flow to open the body in preparation for the calming Yin Yoga series at the end. Done in a heated room to help assist the muscles to stretch and the mind to calm.

** Items needed for this class include water, yoga mat and bath-sized towel. Option to bring your own​ yoga block and strap. Limited supplies at each location.**
