Bikram 75 – The Bikram hot yoga series performed in a 75 minute class. 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. HOT! Accessible for all levels.
Bikram 90 – The Bikram hot yoga series performed in a 90 minute class. 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. HOT! Accessible for all levels.
Honey Flow – Class starts with an invigorating Power Yoga flow, and ends with a calming Yin Yoga series.
Hot Barre – Barre fuses ballet-inspired movements with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training. This full body workout is designed to build lean muscle while using high repetitions, small range movements, and isometric holds.
Hot Barre + – Similar to our Barre class, but adding the use of resistance bands and dumbbells.
Hot Hybrid – This 60min hybrid class incoroprates elements of mat pilates, inferno hot pilates and bikram yoga.
Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) – High Intensity Interval Training performed barefoot on a mat. This is a light impact whole body workout. Have a great time in this “party like” atmosphere! HOT! FUN! Loud fun playlist!
IHP+ – Similar to our IHP class, but adding the use of resistance bands and dumbbells. Performed barefoot on a mat. The intervals are longer to incorporate the use of the props and to focus on technique. HOT! Loud fun playlist!
IHP-45 – Our IHP class condensed into a 45 minute class. High Intensity Interval Training. Short. Sweet. Effective. HOT! Loud fun playlist!
Mat Pilates – Our Pilates mat class is designed to challenge the beginner and the practicing Pilates student. Mat classes are a great way to learn the fundamental principles of the Pilates method. Pilates is a full body-conditioning program comprised of a series of designed movements practice on a mat. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles, and are noted for developing abdomen, lower back and buttocks strength, and create a strong body core.
Power Groove – Power Yoga with music.
Power Sculpt – A continuous high energy workout combining Power Yoga, strength training and cardio using dumbbells. Performed barefoot on a mat. HOT! Loud fun playlist!
Power Yoga – Yoga that flows continuously in connection with your breath. Find strength and flexibility with every inhale and exhale.
Power Yoga + Nidra – Yoga Nidra is a meditation practiced lying down. In a full practice, which runs for approximately 30-40 minutes, students are guided through powerful relaxation techniques such as body scanning, breath-work, and visualizations that promote deep rest, better sleep, as well as physical, mental, and emotional balance.
U-60 – Sweat and stretch for 60 minutes. The U-60 is beginner’s series hot yoga, designed for all levels. It follows in the tradition of Bikram Yoga but is abbreviated by shortening the transitions between postures and sets. Some postures are performed twice, some once.
Yin Yoga – Yin is a very slow practice. Holding poses for 2 – 5 minutes each. The aim is to target connective tissue (fascia) to help release tension, increase circulation and improve flexibility. The class uses props to support the body in the poses, so please bring your blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters.
Yoga Reset 60 – Reset your body & your mind. Yoga Reset focuses on letting go, releasing tension, and calming the central nervous system. The series has lots of hip opening, slow & steady breathing. Hot Yoga! TIME TO HIT RESET! 60 minutes

YOLK 75 – The YOLK 75 is a hot yoga series with emphasis on core and stability. Accessible to all, this class starts and ends on the floor with a challenging standing series. Postures are in a set sequence for consistency. The YOLK 75 strengthens and stabilizes hips, shoulders, and back while relieving stress and tension.
* Please bring your own mat and a bath-sized towel for class
Build – A 60 min basic strength training class to help build muscle, improve strength & bone density and assist in losing body fat.
Burn – A 45 min class that mixes full body movements through high energy interval training to deliver an amazing workout.
Kettlebell Fit – A 45 minute class using kettlebells. This class will be sure to tone your body and improve your cardiovascular fitness.
TRX Shred – This 60 minute class alternates between TRX straps, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, rowers and more. Get your strength training, cardio and core work all in one fun, challenging sweaty hour.
X-Fit – A 60 minute high intensity functional fitness class that specializes in constantly varied workouts combining strength training and conditioning.
